Comforter Of Mine Heart

One man can hold a thousand dreams or more, for so I'm told
This man floats down a heavenly stream,
Where rocks are made of gold.
He tells of riches he has seen
And touched the hearts of men.
He speaks of clouds so white and clean
And places of which He'll return again.
This man has dried a million tears
He's the comforter of mine heart
For He has eased away my fears
And claims it's but a start
To all the wonders He's yet to fulfill
All the dreams He'll make come true
And when war is done and peace is still
The sky will be once more a purest blue.
Just reach up and grab the palm
Of a great and wonderous hand
For when you do, you'll feel a calm
Come from within this Heavenly man.
